Ah, no! I really liked it. It's really odd, but there are loads of great lines.

sliceofsoup · 13/03/2015 21:18

I can't decide.

It is marmite humour I think. I have laughed, but mostly cringed. I want to like it though.

I love the theme music. And Jane Krakowski.

I liked it! Wasn't impressed at first but it gets better... Or rather you understand the humour more.

FullOfChoc · 13/03/2015 21:20

I loved it, cheerful and fun.

Namechanged101 · 13/03/2015 21:22

Namechanged101 · 13/03/2015 21:22

sliceofsoup · 13/03/2015 21:23

"Did you? I didn't feel it."

CaptainAnkles · 13/03/2015 21:24

Loved it! Really funny Smile

itsmeitscathy · 13/03/2015 21:25

I watched it all and liked bits but the bits I hated stuck in my mind more - tina fey is really annoying in it and I LOVE her :( there are some great lines though, and I did love Kimmy. Ok ok IABU

I think it's really funny - there are some cracking lines and supporting characters.

itsmeitscathy · 13/03/2015 21:27

I've just discovered the returned, I can't wait a week for episode 3! Watching the French version instead, it's almost identical word for word so far with less attractive characters.

I've watched the whole series and after a shaky start, really loved it. I think they did the "stuff she missed out on in the past 15 years" really well. Quite subtle and clever.

And there are some cool cameos as the series progresses....

Stick with it!

tarkawithaparka · 13/03/2015 21:35

YABU I loved it!

Flambola · 13/03/2015 22:53

I quite like it, but that might be because I love Jane Krakowski.

molyholy · 13/03/2015 22:58

I loved it. Some funny one liners in it. Titus's acting left me feeling a bit cringey sometimes, but I love tina fey and she can do no wrong in my eyes Grin. The theme tune is ace haha, especially in the first episode.

MQv2 · 13/03/2015 23:08

These females are strong as hell

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 13/03/2015 23:17

They alive damnit

I love it. Titus was the original Sebastian in Broadways The Little Mermaid Grin

vegplotter · 14/03/2015 08:36

I think it's very funny and clever, but I love Tina Fey and pretty much think everything she writes is fab. However I am a little bit uncomfortable with the premise. The whole situation, even down to the theme tune and the fact that one of the mole women is described along the lines of "there was also a Hispanic woman", is based on the women that were held captive for years by Ariel Castro. They were raped and tortured and went through hell. I just find it hard to reconcile the inspiration with the comedy. Although saying that (and I realise I'm having a wee debate with myself here!), the show centres on recovery and resilience and with Kimmy's infinite optimism it demonstrates the way remarkable people can survive apparently insurmountable odds.

I think I'm perhaps over thinking this slightly Grin

HellBoundNothingFound · 14/03/2015 09:00

I think it's fantastic, really enjoyed it and found it refreshing!

Love Titus too!

It's brilliant.

Parts of it are SO 30 Rock!

I can see how someone would dislike it, especially if Ellie Kemper wasn't your cup of tea.
