Not strictly AIBU. Although whether IABU is up for debate I suppose!
My car has broken down, it had to be pushed to be 'parked' on a road. (with no parking restrictions but is on a road that is very narrow, and is a bit of a nightmare as 2 cars can't pass one another as cars tend to park all up one side). It is outside somebody's house, and there arent a great deal of places to park nearby. I couldn't get my car any further, it won't even start.
I have to leave it there for a few days whilst I organise the scrapping/collection of it but I am conscious that I am probably pissing off the person who lives in the house it's stuck outside. Should I pop a note through their door to apologise? Maybe some chocs? If it was my house I'd not be happy, but there's nothing I can do about it at the moment.
