I'm starting to feel bad about wasting the day. It's a beautiful day here.

DH bought me breakfast in bed at about 11 and I've barely moved since!

We're just chatting, listening to music, playing on our phones and whatnot

but I had grand plans for the day! Long walk, trip into town, maybe the cinema.

Do the grand plans tomorrow.

Beautiful day here too. We also had grand plans. As it is, the DC are under the weather and DP and I are both feeling whacked. DP's reading the paper, I'm on MN, the children are playing with Playmobil. I feel the sun is calling me but can't be bothered to go outside. I am trying to reassure myself with the thought I went for a run, DD to Rainbows and DS to football this morning and we were then outside in the garden for an hour and had lunch outside. If it wasn't for the DC, I would definitely crawl back to bed.

honestly that sounds just as good as going for a walk. You've spent your day together enjoying each others company, nothing wrong with that. So what if the suns out today? It'll be back! Might be nice to do a meal and cinema tonight. 50 shades of grey is still on

used to be my life - though i used to get up to hve a bath and then go back to bed - and to go to the pub in the evening

Same FF, I remember hungover Sundays when we used to be in bed snoozing and eating until about 2pm then back down the pub for food and to resume drinking with friends.

It's rare that I hanker after those days, we now have 3dc to keep us from enjoying ourselves busy, but every now and then I yearn for hours of hungover snoozing and no pressure to get up and feed anyone or take everyone out for exercise!
