to ask what is a p4? maternity leave related??

hi can anyone tell me what a p4 is? my employer said she is going to email a p4. i think its link with maternity leave or pay. im not sure though?

IIrc (and it's been a while!) it's so you can get your free prescriptions and dental treatment.

thats no bloody good sod knows what my employer is playing at :(
