Private rented via an agency. Agency booked an appointment to have the boiler repaired for this morning after initially booking it for a day I had already told them I was never available.
So it's now half past one and there is still no sign of the boiler man to fix it. They booked an AM appointment so I thought should all be done by 2ish. (it's a part replacement)
The last time we had the boiler man out I was given a morning appointment and he showed up at 3.30.
Aibu in thinking don't bother with morning or afternoon appointments if you won't stick to them!
