If you don't have old calendar, no worry.

Know the day of the week your baby were born from date of birth.

I have no idea what day DD1 was born on. In fact, for about 18 months I was misremembering the day she came home from hospital as her birthday and was stunned to discover it was 3 days earlier.

I know DD2 was born on a Sunday because it was Mothers' Day.

WorraLiberty · 02/02/2015 11:07

I think most people just check their tattoos Grin

Idontseeanysontarans · 02/02/2015 11:10

Sod the day we sometimes get the dates mixed up - 3 DC's all born on successive dates in different month so DS born on the 12th, DD1 13th and DD2 14th.
You wouldn't believe how many times we've had to double check Blush

Minisoksmakehardwork · 02/02/2015 11:15

Two Monday's and a Wednesday. I don't know why I remember them as I frequently call them the wrong name but I do.

SaucyJack · 02/02/2015 11:16

Blimey- I thought I had a shite memory but I still manage to remember the details of my kids' days of birth.

stephanielittl7 · 02/02/2015 11:40

DS was born on a Saturday
I was born on a Tuesday
I didnt have any idea what day DS was born on only that it was Boxing Day!

My dd1 and ds were Sunday, dd2 was Friday.

I regularly get mixed up about DNephew who was born on Easter Monday!

Medoc · 02/02/2015 11:43

YABVU who would forget?

Medoc · 02/02/2015 11:45

Of course, if your name is vikram then you haven't given birth in all likelihood ...

Scoopmuckdizzy · 02/02/2015 11:46

Both of mine were Friday 1st - 17 months apart.

DS was born on a Friday 13th (and a Full Moon)...We tend not to forget

5dogsgoswimming · 02/02/2015 11:48

Both mine were a Thursday so that's easy

5dogsgoswimming · 02/02/2015 11:48

However no idea about the time of ds2.

GhoulWithADragonTattoo · 02/02/2015 11:53

I went into labour with mine on a quiet Sundays when DH at home. DD was born Sunday afternoon. DS held off until early hours of Monday morning. In both cases this was their due date :)

5madthings · 02/02/2015 11:56

Umm ds1 was a Thursday.

Can't remember the day that Ds2 was but know the date, ditto ds3 and ds4. Dd was a Sunday.

DoristheNovice · 02/02/2015 11:56

I can remember my DD1's birth date, time, weight and day easily and just rolls off the tongue when asked. DD2's birth details on the other hand, has me looking like this Confused when asked.
I have absolutely no idea why.

Sarsparilla · 02/02/2015 11:57

I'm not sure I even knew what day it was at the time! I'd have a 1 in 5 chance of guessing because I know it was a weekday both times

I often forget DD2's year of birth. Also the exact time they were born - though I could get it correct to the nearest 5 minutes. When DD1 was born, I remember saying about half an hour later that it was a shame I'd forgotten to take note of what time she was born, and the midwife assuring me that it was part of her job to do so!

I don't remember how much either of them weighed either, though I know roughly what it was. I am obviously a terrible mother (who isn't very good at memorising numbers. I didn't know my own date of birth for years, I used to just make it up if anyone at school asked me) Grin.

MaidOfStars · 02/02/2015 11:57

Or just Google it? The first result was a banner with the day in massive bold letters.

Tisiphone · 02/02/2015 11:58

Why would this matter? I need to think about his date of birth, never mind wondering about what day of the week it was...

5madthings · 02/02/2015 11:58

The others were a wed, thu and a sat.

WillWorkForMoney · 02/02/2015 11:59
