Help! I need a cleaner in beckenham/no good previous experience

I used Handy.com and Mopp.com; the worse service ever! several booking were cancelled via e-mail the evening before. On 3 occasions the cleaners did not turned up. They charged me for a service that i never received.
Please someone out there... could you recommend a good cleaner.. we are near beckenham Junction .

Have you tried the local listings on Netmums? I found the reviews to be quite helpful. I will ask a couple of friends for you via Facebook as I'm from Bromley ??
