where the hell do I find chat, I'm so exasperated

Look at 'Fun and Games' it is the first topic there.

In topics under fun and games at the bottom after weddings.

Under Fun and Games on the talk boardnlist. There's also the option of googling mumsnet chat, if your device is playing up with the topic list, which I do, or the direct address of mumsnet.com/talk/_chat. Don't forget the underscore before chat.

A-Z scroll down to the end. It is the last on the list. Don't now why.

You can also look on active conversations, there will always be some Chat threads on there so you can click on the heading there.

Are you only ever seeing AIBU? Arguably, the worst side of MN. Do you use active conversations?

That is why it is _chat, so it goes to the bottom of the list.

thanks all, I use quite a few different boards, including chat, but for some reason I just haven't been able to relocate it. might be just me, but isn't fun and games a weird place to keep it
