To think wtf to someone drilling at 11pm?

Argh. Just want to rant really

DS has been woken up terrified because one of our neighbours is drilling and hammering (he's 2)

They started at 9pm and its on and off every 15 minutes or so for5 mins at a time

I called noise pollution who can come and witness it but chances are person won't do it when they arrive and even if they did apparently they don't confront them or ask them to stop on the night

Have you tried just knocking the door and asking him to stop

We accidently did this. Honestly didn't realise the time and were mortified when the neighbour knocked. Still feel awful.

Seriously, just knock on the door.

That's not on. You have to knock on the door otherwise they might make a habit of it.

Trying to work out which flat in block it is but can't cart my tot up and down all night trying to figure it out. Not the only person out on stairwell though so imagine someone will figure it soon
