AIBU to expect talk from my dh

I spend hours in the same from as dh with very few words said. I don't want in depth conversations I just want to feel loved and wanted. He seems to be in his own little world and everything is just rosy.... What can I do?

Is he normally chatty or not? Did you ask direct questions/ try and engage him in conversation?

Some people just enjoy the quiet, he may be very content in your company but fancied a quiet day. Don't read too much into it.
