To not want 'it' tonight

So it's nearly 12:30, we've had a quiet one at home, done the New Years kisses, the kids are asleep and he's giving me the eye.

I know what he wants,,, but I don't want it!

AIBU? I'm tipsy, I know he's had a few so it's hardly going to be thrilling experience, and it takes so bloody long when he's had a drink!

I'm considering waking the kids up for an excuse to get out of it Wink

Just say no thanks.

Weird.

Bulbasaur · 01/01/2015 00:35

What radio said. Why do you need an excuse to "get out of it"?

I just tell DH I'm not feeling up for it, he does the same, and that's that. We cuddle and fall asleep.

Sex is suppose to be fun for both parties, it's not an obligation or wifely duty.

Not tonight dear, i'v got a headache ??

kwerty · 01/01/2015 00:42

Leave the bastard!

Jessiepops · 01/01/2015 01:04

Ok,,, so waking the kids up and needing an excuse was a joke (hence he wink face) I don't need an excuse I can just say no.

Ment this as a lighthearted post!

oh lighthearted?

kill him

Frizzcat · 01/01/2015 01:09

Obvious it was lighthearted so carry on Jessie or at least it was to me anyway.... Also slightly tipsy.
Personally I'm thinking of divorcing my dh. I've just caught him laughing at Mrs Browns boys. WinkHmm

PiperIsTerrysChoclateOrange · 01/01/2015 01:11

Just lay back and fantasise about someone you fancy.

( as it lighthearted it's meant as lighthearted)

Frizzcat · 01/01/2015 01:17

Is it definitely lighthearted? Are you sure it's not triggering?

radiobedhead · 01/01/2015 01:22

Oh right, light hearted. 'LOL.'

(I don't get it?)

Jessiepops · 01/01/2015 01:22

It's lighthearted!! He's asleep on the sofa with one of the dogs at the moment!
But honestly we've all had that moment when the OH looks at us and we think "oh just fuck off!" Grin

I never have that moment sadly. Sex is quite rare here so any hint that h might be interested (and the hint will only happen once we are in bed) and I am totally up for it - always Grin.

ZingTheGreat · 01/01/2015 01:47

has he shaved also?
that's the sign

Bulbasaur · 01/01/2015 01:47

With all the asshole "D"P's on here, it's hard to tell. :)
