Black out blinds

I can't find "chat" on my app! I want black out roller blinds as I'm enjoying DS sleeping in these dark mornings :) do they work? Is it really black out?

Mmm that didn't make any sense! We didn't have Black out blinds until around June and they woke up at exactly the same time once they were put on I.e. Too early...

Wow thanks everyone, yes, I'm very weary of the cord so may look into lining some curtains. Thanks for all the feedback x
