I got a refund on a garment bought on the internet and tried on in the store yesterday. the refund 'receipt' offered :

I did it all and came to a bit that asked for a code. I could not find a code anywhere and certainly not on the refund receipt I thought I'd communicate with the department store and found no e-mail address whatsoever and the telephone number was a premium rate number. AIBU to think it should be easier to communicate with a store of this standing (and no, it was not JL)?
