... With my 9 month old in the room? He's got Noro and I'm stuck at home so am catching up on The Missing, The Fall, Homeland etc. But suddenly thought all this murder-porn isn't perhaps the best for him. Or am I being a bit precious?! If I have to watch Peppa instead I think I might cry... AIBU?!

Put what ever on. He won't notice.

I watched step brothers once while my son was asleep, poorly on the sofa.

It got to the bit when he says 'eat shit derek' and I heard this giggle! He had watched most of it by been super quiet!

Ha too cute! I'm taking him to the park, playing etc. It's not all neglect. But I missed Stella Gibson.

I wouldn't. I was careful not to expose my DC to violence and swearing on TV.

WowserBowser · 18/11/2014 16:12

I love Stella Gibson.

We did. Ds seems quite alright.

Watch away...you don't have long before you'll have no choice in the matter & it'll be 'pepppppa pig' every single time!

drbonnieblossman · 18/11/2014 16:40

Do it. DC loved 'Scott & Bailey' Grin

ScarletFever · 18/11/2014 16:47

9months??? i think you'll be fine.....9 years, i'd say no - but i would have no worries at 9 months

Ir1na · 18/11/2014 18:08

Maybe be careful about anything with lots of swear words in it just incase he copies them. He certainly wouldn't notice the plot!! And on the upside, at least YOU are not moaning about those programmes, like a lot of people on here are! Smile

Givemecoffeeplease · 19/11/2014 13:08

They are my savour! Altho my tolerance for gore is right down post DS. Good thing I got The Killing out the way whilst pregnant.

Homeland does have torture and war, be prepared.
