So exp has just said I'm not putting DS 1st & that I'll never admit I'm wrong, the reason ....

I've booked a ticket for me DS & my Dparents to go & see Santa with out inviting him!

This is our 1st Xmas since the split so I understand we'll have a few things to negotiate - but really AIBU?
