Why does it make me wee like a horse all day and why is my wee bright yellow ?

They have the most ridiculous amount of vitamins in them - the vitamin B1 has nearly 1000% of your RDA!!!

It's the excess riboflavin that your body doesn't need and is washing out. It absorbs light in a way that makes you wee look bright neon yellow.

I only have it occasionally (getting a cold and a vein attempt to ward it off) but looked and it say's you can take them every day which I was surprised at when some things are at almost 1000% of RDA.

It gave me the wild shites.
