Off work for a couple of days sick. Feeling not amazing so am trying to get as much sleep as possible while dd is at nursery. Except there is some utter arsehole parked up with his shitty stereo thud-thud-thudding for the last hour. Can i go and murder him?? Can I, can I?? Live on a narrow terraced road so may as well be in a sodding ampitheatre. Arrrrrrgh. I have closed the window but I can still frigging hear it.

It's like when I'm stopped at lights, stuck in traffic and I hear (or rather feel ) the car next door dum,dum,boom . How the blazes can someone sit there and listen to that level of noise especially the bass (actually makes me feel bilious). How can they hear other cars or sirens

As your annoying driver isn't moving there's minimal risk to other drivers , but this sounds like a public nuisance.

Go ask him to turn it down and breath all over him so he catches what you have. That will show the little bugger.
