Yanbu! So pleased to hear you have a lovely holiday ahead of you Grin it cheers me up to think of someone enjoying beautiful weather and relaxing when it's so grim, grey and rainy here!

BuzzardBird · 16/10/2014 18:35

YANBU

But YABU to be somewhere where it isn't feckin freezing Smile

SaucyJack · 16/10/2014 21:25

(Seeing as this is AIBU)

Yes, YABU to spend more money than most of the world will earn in a year to fly abroad if you're just gonna sit on your phone mumsnetting. Go and look at some cultural shit innit.

CherryDolphin · 16/10/2014 21:26

YANBU. I would be pissed if I couldn't get online while I was waiting to check in.

CherryDolphin · 16/10/2014 21:27

And yeah I'm aware of how sad that sounds. It would really be better for me to go out and explore and what not...but I'd probably do that later.

Trills · 16/10/2014 21:28

I am on holiday from Monday and hoping for 28C - aiming to read books and drink drinks and lie in the sun - but I've heard the wifi is a bit rubbish.

Bowlersarm · 16/10/2014 21:31

YANBU, OP. We always check out the wifi situation before we book. Enjoy your holiday.

ZuluBob · 16/10/2014 21:31

YANBU

HaVe a fab holiday.

PiperIsOrange · 16/10/2014 22:01

Most important question is can the hairdryer reach the mirror.

I can't stand this when the hairdryer Is a million miles from the mirror.

Trills · 16/10/2014 22:07

If you on a hot holiday with lots of pool then don't bother blowdrying - go for the "relaxed" look.

BuzzardBird · 16/10/2014 22:20

Had a lovely stay there in Feb but it was bloody freezing. That beach is breathtaking.

Icimoi · 16/10/2014 23:45

YANBU. Conversely, if there is one thing guaranteed to put me into a bad temper about a hotel, it is charging for wifi. These days if I have a choice when booking I will always go for a hotel offering free wifi in preference to one that does not.

LittleMisslikestobebythesea · 16/10/2014 23:51

I went to Agadir 14 years ago, don't think wifi existed then! Remember not knowing what to expect in the resort, and then on the road in seeing a Pizza Hut and McDonalds!

chillyourboots · 17/10/2014 21:43

There is a pizza hut and mcdonalds, outside the hotel. lol....

Free wifi ROCKS. With a stupid so called smart phone that only lets me on the t'interweb if there's free wifi about, I feel your giddiness! I even look for holidays that have free wifi.
(After being stuck in the arse end of nowhere that didn't have any free Whiffy Grin at ALL this summer.)
NOT a happy bunny.
