Desorex pill and weight loss?

Posting here for traffic as I'm looking for other people's experiences. I have changed from microgynon to the desorex pill and since I have been taking it (5/6 weeks) my weight has not changed whatsoever. This is even though I am eating significantly healthier and doing kettlercise. I would have usually lost around a stone in this time and I can't see what I am doing wrong when I have always had good results, the only difference is the pill I'm taking! Has anyone else had anything similar?

Kettle Bells will reduce fat, but also build muscle. Try taking measurements of your thighs, hips and waist, and measure your body fat % if poss, rather than relying on your overall body weight.

Thank you. That's a good point I haven't done that yet, it's just abit disappointing not to see scale results yet
