To be annoyed someone is having a bonfire so late?

I am guessing it's probably the same idiot perish having them at 7am.

It's really warm tonight so want the windows open but the smell is coming in

They are probably doing their best to avoid all the people who complain about them having them when people still have washing out / dc are playing in the garden / are siting in the garden with a glass of wine, etc.

local byelaws around here prohibit bonfires before dusk, not that everyone abides by them .........
