OK, sorry not an AIBU but didn't want it to go poof in chat as was hoping we could have a discussion thread about it... or if there already is one someone could kindly send me off in that direction :) Please

Firstly does anyone know if I pay for a premium membership to send people PMs can they reply to my messages if they don't have a premium membership? I assumed they could but sent 3 messages and heard nothing back :(

I'm a member and just had a look through the website - the only thing i can find about this says If you wish to contact another member you must either have a paid subscription or pay per view credits. It costs 30 credits to send a message. at the bottom of the page.
