To Ask What Dietary Supplements You Take?

I've been reading about foods with anti-inflammatory properties due to some health issues I'm experiencing. I just wonder what supplements people swear by. In an ideal world I would like to get everything from food of course, but I take the following:-

Vitamin D - super strength prescription due to deficiency picked up last year. I have pale freckly skin, I burn easily and I have skin cancer in the family. I am prone to roseacea. I therefore wear SPF50 on my face and décolletage.

Fish oils - I try to remember to take these. I don't really eat oily fish.

Menopace - multivits and minerals for perimenpausal/menopausal women.

What do you take that you feel is really worthwhile?

Pregnacare and vegetarian omega 3 whilst pregnant and breastfeeding, nothing the rest of the time except a juice plus shake for a snack as the vitamins are more bioavailable than supplements.

no supplements are worthwhile for those in full health (not you, OP) who aren't TTC, pregnant, breastfeeding, under 5 or maybe over 65.

eating a proper varied diet is good.
