Probably 28 week preg hormones but sort of hit the wall when OH called me into the bathroom to ask me to do something and I said no to get shooed away, hand gesture and everything. Feel like a dog. He doesn't see what the problem is. Sure hormones have made my reaction worse but am livid.

I tell DF to shop with the hand gestures at times.

Does he do it often? Or was it a one off? Maybe you could be a little unreasonable.

Livid does seem like an over-reaction - just because you felt like a dog doesn't mean that he intended it like that. Is he normally dismissive of you or is it just this occasion?

I think a lot of it was probably the tone of how he said everything in the first place, like I didn't come quick enough when he called and there was not even a 'can you..' or 'please' and then 2 minutes after he shooed me away in a shitty mood he called me back for something else and then swore because I said no because if he wants to shoo me away he can't expect me to do what he wants 2 minutes later.

It does sound like he was being annoying, but if he is normally not a twat then maybe it was just one of those moments where you rub each other up the wrong way.
