I weigh 20 stone 10lbs and am 5 foot 3; I want to lose about a stone to bring me into a healthy bmi.
At the moment I am failing miserably
and I think this is because I'm on holiday!
So I am hoping a more relaxed approach may work. I wondered about having a normal breakfast / lunch and a low carb evening meal? Plus exercise of course.
Any hints/ tips received gratefully!
