To want an MN app for Windows phones?

I didn't know where else to post this, it's very frustrating to have to search for Mumsnet every time. Please may I have a Windows phone app?

I'd like one too. Love my Windows Phone and most Apps I need are there: Facebook, Instagram, etc, etc. But no Mumsnet app. The mobile site is OK, but doesn't always show things properly or easily.

I use mumsnet on a windows phone a lot and with the new mobile site not giving me any problems I honestly can't see what an app would add, so Mumsnet shouldn't bother developing one.

Just navigate to active conversations on the mobile site once, then click the three-little-dots at the lower-right corner of the screen. Click "add to favourites" to have a quick way to get to ACs when you are already in-browser, and click the 3-little-dots again and select "pin to start" to get an AC icon on your start screen.

New mobile site you say? Just tried again on my phone as hadn't used it in a while for MN. Don't notice any difference. Do you have to go somewhere special for the new mobile site?

(Also tried on DH's Windows Phone as he has updated his to a new version and I haven't got round to it. No difference. Still doesn't display terribly well.)

I find the mobile site is much better than the android app. I just bookmark it.

Ahh, found the mobile site now. (Bookmark was taking me to the full desktop version.)

isnt everything too small though ? it is on mine , tried mumsnet mobile app , it gets to screen and says ADDED but I cant acess it anywhere ... grrrr

Odd. Before it was often to small. Since the change is now consistent and readable.

YABU to use a Windoze phone. DW got one and it was so impossible to work out HTF you do anything whatsoever she ended up sending it back. Shite.
