Would you or wouldn't you?

OP posts:
MrsDavidBowie · 19/08/2014 21:33

No.

CalamityClara · 19/08/2014 21:34

I wouldn't

omletta · 19/08/2014 21:34

No

SaucyJack · 19/08/2014 21:35

No, but I wouldn't be bothered if someone rang me at that time. It's not the 1950s.

SevenZarkSeven · 19/08/2014 21:35

No

Well

If it was real diamonds for a fiver or it said ring before 10pm or if it was the most important thing ever... Maybe

But generally, No.

vulgarwretch · 19/08/2014 21:36

Probably not, but lots of (most?) people wouldn't mind I think. Any chance you could text instead?

WooWooOwl · 19/08/2014 21:37

No

ChelsyHandy · 19/08/2014 21:39

Good, glad to hear it. I was worried I was being snippy when I answered and told them to phone back tomorrow. Property for rent, potential tenant. Normally I would have answered, but feeling really tired.

OP posts:
Kiffykaffycoffee · 19/08/2014 21:46

No I wouldn't. I'd only phone close family members at that time.

Janethegirl · 19/08/2014 21:48

I phone friends up to around 10:30pm but not people over around 60 as they tend to go to bed earlier.

TheFairyCaravan · 19/08/2014 21:49

It wouldn't bother me. Lots of people don't finish work and get home until 8:30/9pm.

Tantrictantrum · 19/08/2014 21:50

That potential tenant will be calling you about their fuse box at this time etc.

Does sort of create that impression, doesn't it?

It wasn't a family, desperate for accommodation or anything, but a single male professional. If that makes any difference!

Jane. I'm 62 and very rarely go to bed before 11! Just saying...

Nooo, I never call anyone after the watershed Shock and if my phone rings I assume theres some major disaster somewhere.

whois · 19/08/2014 22:15

Yes I'd call up to 10.

Janethegirl · 19/08/2014 22:16

Sorry iolanthe there are exceptions to every rule :)
