To think this "kids" t-shirt is dodgy?

www.printedbyrobots.com/creepmobile-family-sticker-kids-t-shirt-kids.html

Clicking through the sponsored ad, saw some official MN shirts, then this on the next page. I'm not one of the PO but this struck a wrong note with me.

Mmmm...me too. Def weird. Who'd put their child in that? ! Hmm

Oscarandelliesmum · 13/08/2014 10:52

Urgh, Def dodgy. What the hell??

Eastpoint · 13/08/2014 11:03

What sort of person even thinks of creating an image like that?

AMumInScotland · 13/08/2014 11:17

You do wonder who would want to dress their child in it.

I can think of a few adults who might think it was funny, though I'm not one of them...

AdamLambsbreath · 13/08/2014 11:45

If I saw this on an adult I'd think it was in poor taste.

DogCalledRudis · 13/08/2014 14:06

Weird...

EarthWindFire · 13/08/2014 14:08

Bizare Shock

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 13/08/2014 14:14

Don't get it. Is it from something like Family Guy/ South Park kind of thing?

TBH, at first glance it looks like he's taken off someones shoes........but I'm guessing by everyones response it isn't

I don't think I'd even look twice at it Confused

hashtagwhatever · 13/08/2014 14:18

I don't get it?

Squtternutbaush · 13/08/2014 14:18

I think its one of those oh so trendy yooneek type things, not something i'd choose for an adult or a child tbh.

I do like the Unicorn poo one though :o

Squtternutbaush · 13/08/2014 14:19

If you look at the "family stickers" on the rear window there is a man holding a knife and 2 children bound and gagged.

80sMum · 13/08/2014 14:22

I agree with you, it's horrible!

AdamLambsbreath · 13/08/2014 14:26

Yeah. It's some kind of 'hilarious' serial killer skit.

A dude loading a body into a van with a sinister sticker on the back of kidnap victims being menaced with a knife.

Who thought that was a good idea?

I really am baffled by this.

fluffyraggies · 13/08/2014 14:26

Wooah! WTF?? Shock

That's for kids?

AdamLambsbreath · 13/08/2014 14:32

In the interests of finding out what the hell's up with this, I googled it. I found another website selling them, with this blurb:

'Have you noticed the new trend for cutesey car stickers showing a representation of the owner's family? Well, this shows ours. Now get in the van.'

So the two bound figures on the sticker are meant to be the cartoon dude's children. And the corpse he's loading/unloading is presumably . . .

Wow.

Go for whatever tasteless shit you like as an adult, but on kids? Hmm

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 13/08/2014 14:34

OK, I looked closer. It's a bit "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer" Shock

Squtternutbaush · 13/08/2014 14:35

Wow that blurb makes it even worse!

AdamLambsbreath · 13/08/2014 14:38

Yep. I think someone's trying to be funny.

If internet trolls designed T-shirts . . . this is the kind of thing they'd make

WyrdByrd · 13/08/2014 18:57

That is vile.

VitoCorleone · 13/08/2014 19:00

This is for kids?! WTF??

4boysxhappy · 13/08/2014 19:02

Werid and creepy

owlbegoing · 13/08/2014 19:17

The Forbidden Love one is a bit strange too Hmm

gamerchick · 13/08/2014 19:21

That zombie ones mint.. I may indulge myself.

HappyAgainOneDay · 13/08/2014 19:30

I obviously didn't look at it properly. I thought it was a man kneeling down attempting to mend something on the van.....

StuartMumsnet · 13/08/2014 19:33

We've had a quick word with our supplier, and they were as mortified as us that this slipped through, so it'll be gone by the morning - the site updates at midnight.

They run another site and much of the stock is duplicated across the two, but their NSFW content isn't supposed to be on our site at all. This one slipped through the net, but I believe that they're removing it from both sites, as they don't find it particularly amusing or appropriate either.

Thanks for bringing it to our attention, and apologies for any offence caused. It wasn't intentional!
