to fake a Solicitor's letter

To my ex warning her I will take action if she continues to harrass me? I haven't sent it yet, it looks pretty official and does not contain a real solitior name. I'm at my wits end and cant afford a solicitor!

Better still, any solicitors on here care to assist me?

Be nice, I'm feeling fragile

Also if Alex Vause is your real name just be aware that all your threads in AIBU & Relationships will show up on google if anyone searches....

It's not, shes a character from Orange is the New Black :)

I read that thread this morning. Do not send a fake letter. As others have said, it is probably an offence and even if it isn't, unless you actually are a solicitor, it will be poorly worded and fairly obviously a fake. If your ex decides to check the contact details, she will quickly find out you faked the whole thing which will give her rather a lot of ammunition to hit you with. If she is sending you threatening messages, you need to report her to the police.

Oh and I am assuming your name is from Orange is the New Black - if not, and it is your real name, change it quickly!

Unblock her.
Keep all the messages.
When they escalate again go the police and report her for harrassment.
Done!
You need the evidence though.
Just ignore ignore ignore for now.

I have anxiety problems though and I feel tense just imagining what has been sent

OK then. No point putting your health at risk.
Just keep her blocked and continue to ignore it all.
She will hopefully get bored eventually.

And as already advised several times, the way to deal with is to contact the police. How is it going to relieve your anxiety to be thinking of her reaction to a fake letter?
