Emailed Tesco to ask when the clubcard vouchers are being posted over a week ago and not heard anything back.

Really frustrates me how companies don't deem your enquiry important enough to respond.

You don't need the hard copies for anything online if you check your account you should be able to see them on there, as soon as they are ready.

It doesn't occur to you that companies get millions of enquiries a week and therefore you might not get an immediate response? You are not the only person to get in touch, they aren't ignoring you, they just haven't reached you in the pile yet.
