Yes, I know this is my second thread in as many minutes, but we've just got broadband sorted in our new house!!
Anyway, we've moved to an area where I cannot get ANY signal on my o2 phone...it's a right bugger.
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask them to cancel my contract without any payments due on my part because of this, do you? I've been with them since I had my first phone in 1997 and I've had the same number since then, it's the only number that all of our friendship group know by heart!
So, what do you think?
