So for years HR have been mildly inept, but recently they've made some real messes and not apologised. What's eating me at the moment is that nobody seems bothered to pull them up on it.
Summary of my recent issues (I'm not the only one)
-When I returned to work I was paid maternity pay only the first month (HR issue, not payroll); and they don't seem sorry;
-when sorting this out I confirmed they had my new address, and had passed it to payroll etc, but my next payslip went to the previous address;
-They haven't paid me for all my Keeping-in-touch days;
-While I was off on Maternity leave they failed to tell me the window for choosing flexible benefits, even though I made a point of asking and giving my contact details;
-When I wrote to confirm my return to work after maternity they treated it as a new return to work date, even though they knew before I went off;
-They've failed to apply my flexible benefits to my pay, having finally managed to organise it while I was off.
If I did a job to this quality I'd have complaints, failure investigations, and probably a disciplinary. AIBU to write a letter of complaint about my own company's HR dept?
