Dp tested me this pm to 'remind me' that he'd be late home. Fair enough, though first I knew of it. Usually late home means around 6.30 or 7. At 8.30 I get a text to say he's just leaving. So I was expecting him home around 9. I called him at 9.30 to see where he was. Turns out he's been at an event in a city 2 hours away and won't be home till at least 10.30. Ffs! Why couldn't he just have told me? I wouldnt be sitting here waiting for him and would have eaten with the kids. Tit

YANBU.

But then, I love an early night on my own with a book so I'd be secretly pleased.

'I'll be late home remember'
'What time shall I expect you?'

I love a night in on my own too. Go to bed and spread out!

Eat if you haven't and go to bed.
