I have posted previously in chat. as we are about to lose our rented house. I have spent about £2k in fees for 6 letting agencies to all say no. combination of bad credit I'm a contractor and no one yo vouch for me. I week to go with LL and agency so I phoned and said I can't move. I offered to pay £100 more a week and pay weekly.
agent called back no rent increase but pay weekly. or we'll start proceedings. I asked how long I can stay?
until you find some where
OK I'll le you know 
but my LL has done nothing for 6.5 years. we have lights that don't work. dodgy kitchen electrics and a broken soil pipe. all I can live with.
Ainu to think the only reason he's agreed is that market rates for this house is only about £200 more than I pay and he'd have to spend about £10k to get that!!
