to think this can't be correct info from CSA?

My ex pays me £350 a month for our DD. This is £72 more than the CSA tell him to pay ( he agreed to it).

However he consistently pays me up to 2 weeks late or gives me part payment and the rest when he fancies!

This obviously messes up my finances and I end up struggling.

So I called CSA today to ask for the money (minus the extra) straight from his wages. I'd rather lose £72 than him control me like he does.

They said as he's not in 'considerable' arrears they won't consider it. It's not a new claim so no charges can be applied but they said 'I need to call him and discuss it'!

Are they really that naive that they think I've not begged, cried, shouted and tried to reason with him. Yet he still has the control!

It seems ludicrous they can't help me?

Any ideas what to do next please?

Don't have any advice, I'm afraid, but have a sympathetic "Arrgghhh!" at your situation from me. How frustrating.

(Sigh)

Money should have gone in on 20th and still waiting! He's refusing to speak to me to Angry
