Was walking my dog with ds in park this afternoon. Stopped for quick chat with another dog walker when noticed a large dog on retractable lead with woman in the new splash pad. It's sunny here today and it was busy with preschoolers running about having fun.

Both myself and other lady hoiked our respective judgey pants. I assumed woman had child in there playing. Was surprised to see her 5mins later walk her soaking wet dog through car park. No kids! Just cooling dog down. Massive bouncy dog.

To be clear this is a fenced off water play area next to swings.
