Update on the new compressed dove can Aibu post

Can't find the previous post. I asked if I was the only one who found the compressed dove cans (and others) next to useless in the time they last compared to the older stile ones. A lot of people agreed although a couple liked the new cans. Unilever said that god bigger cans will be removed shortly as I was the only one to complain and I asked if Aibu being the only one. Anyway they promised to send an envelope for money back guarantee. This guarantee us next to useless as they want the receipt (who keeps supermarket receipts from 3 weeks ago) and me to pay postage. I kept the can as requested by them. Never mind. (Rant over off to get some chocolate....).

I understood. Loads of people agreed with you but you couldn't even get the refund because of all the t&cs around it.

Er... It's perfectly reasonable for them to want the receipt in order to give you your money back. It's not their fault you threw it away.

My OH would be with you on this, he swears his Lynx doesnt last as long in the small cans anymore. So far the one i use is still being sold in the big cans so i've bought a few to keep me going.

Lovely info. Thanks, OP.

I shall now be keeping my receipts and sending each empty can back until they get the message. Free deo for life!

I am serious.
