Has anyone heard this guy on Sunday mornings on LBC?

He keeps calling people fat, ugly, disgusting, hideous etc so I went onto his twitter and found a photo he posted publicly after loosing weight and I was surprised what he looks like.. He's 60

I wouldn't have a clue as listening to him or to LBC isn't compulsory - so - you know - just don't :)

I think slagging some one off for having a pop at peoples looks by having a pop at his looks is a bit daft though and petty

Flowerfae · 15/06/2014 13:50

I think someone needs to buy him a mirror because he obviously doesn't own one :)

twistedsista · 15/06/2014 13:52

Sorry I'm not trying to slag him off, but I was surprised he looks so bad for his age with all the hate he was spitting out at other peoples looks.

Is he the very camp bitchy one? I find him most amusing!

WorraLiberty · 15/06/2014 14:16

Why do you think he looks 'bad for his age'?

I agree with the PP who said, you're responding in exactly the same way.

CaptainTripps · 15/06/2014 14:23

It's all tongue in cheek - part of his radio persona. If you don't like it, switch off.

alltoomuchrightnow · 15/06/2014 14:30

i used to work there
It is (partly) tongue in cheek and for 'effect'

Icimoi · 15/06/2014 15:25

I stopped listening to him because he's so repetitive. I don't know whether he still does it, but when he was reading emails etc, over and over again it was, "'nother one here, 'nother one here", and he was constantly saying he was "sick to death" of something. If he was that sick, it's amazing he's still alive.

madasa · 15/06/2014 15:25

I used to find him witty and amusing.

Lately though I think he goes too far. I can't bear to listen when he makes comments such as someone with a mental health illness being 'not all there up top' ....I switch him off.

Luggagecarousel · 15/06/2014 15:27

Not to be taken too seriously, I don't think!

Greenwayslide · 15/06/2014 15:27

He looks his age to me

losingmybelt · 15/06/2014 15:31

OP I'm confused.
You complain about him making derogatory comments, but then say ''He"s 60!"

Shock horror.

What's his age got to to do with it? Not being ageist are we?

FloozeyLoozey · 15/06/2014 15:40

So if someone is good looking and slim it's okay for them to criticise other folks' appearances?

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 15/06/2014 16:50

He whitters on about his own health issues (diabetes, he is quite open about on radio) then reveals what he's eaten in a greedy gloaty sort of way.
"Oh I ate an entire packet of M&S Pigs in Blankets...
