To be bloody annoyed with EE/Tmobile

I have been with them for 9 years.
I got married 6 years ago and tried to change the name on my account, I sent copies of my marriage certificate through the post as requested, they denied they ever received them, even recorded delivery, it has cost me a bloody fortune in postage over the years.
I have called them they have told me I can go in store and do it, the store have said no they cant.
This has been going on for 6 bloody years!

Now, I have found a deal that I would like to upgrade to but after going through the application process they have put my order on hold as the details I have given them do not match what they have on their system...

Now, I cannot find my marriage certificate, to complete the switch I need to change this ASAP so dont have time to order a new one, or to be honest pay for a new one after all this has cost me bloody enough.

They advised that a proof of address like a utility bill and a passport should do, and I can do it in store. Go into store and guess what??? Computer says no. I need my marriage cert.

Now, they have been perfectly happy to change my payment details to my married joint bank account with no bother and have been taking the money out of an account in my married name for 6 bloody years but are inacapable of changing the sodding account name.

I'm surprised they even answered the phone. We've been put on hold for an hour and a half before giving up and hanging up.
