aghh, really getting so annoyed with her.
Bit of background, when she moved in she had police at the door every night for the first 2 years (domestic violence, string of abusive men) along with that her 2 teen daughters would fight, yell and throw things at each other till gone midnight sometimes, if it wasn't the daughters it was the women and yet another bloke rowing.
Both back and front gardens been horrendous unsightly mess since she moved in too.
No issue, at no point did I report her or complain, just hoped it would get better in time.
fast forward a few years, daughters both left home so at least that noise has stopped, but now she decides to have random parties, usually in the week, eg a Wednesday night, which start at 6/7pm and go on until 3/4/5/6am. these are not quiet they play drum and bass so it literally feels like its in my living room, I can FEEL the music in my chest its that loud.
The last major one she had lasted until 6am, there were approx. 30 people in a 2bed flat, in and out the front door all night, driving off in cars still swigging from wine bottles etc all my kids were up, called police at 2.30 and again at 4am but they never came out, or followed up the following day.
new problem has been a purchase of a large sized dog, dog started defecating in all 3 front gardens, she was letting it out and shutting the door and going back outside, some days there were as many as 8 dog craps in the garden, several times I had to knock and get her to clear it up (she rarely answers door even though she is in). now scrapped money together and put up a fence so that problems sorted now, at my expense. she also lets dog outside at antisocial hours- think 2/3am and again he is shut out and barks the street down until let bk in.
latest thing is she keeps throwing a pair of boxer shorts into my garden, they are not mine, my dcs all wear trunk style in bright colours, these are black. I finally lost it a bit(bad day today, hormonal) and went outside and shouted over the fence that could she kindly stop throwing pants over the fence into my garden as they DO NOT belong to my family, obviously belong to one of her huge string of blokes and its gross, this culminated in both her and me screaming at each other for a few minutes, I told her to act her age (nrly 50) and she called me a 20-something old women (lol) admittedly I did swear but I had seen red by this point.
She now claims she will report me to the HA! I find this frankly laughable In light of her conduct for the past 6 yrs, I will get a letter if she does (why is it people like her seem to do whatever they like without consequence??) and then I will be angry as I tow the line all the time, am as quiet as I can be(upstairs flat) and she gets away with everything she does!!
I have tried HA logs and enviro health, but her patterns aren't consistant enough to take action, eg she will have a string of all night parties, then go quite for 4/5weeks, then it all starts again, HA logs have to be many incidents in a 2-4 week period so each time I start a log, she goes quiet then the log has to be closed.
AIBU to want to drop kick this women, aghhhhhhhhhhh just needed to vent.
