Despite the fact I have only ever bought 2 things from them, the last being some free socks after they sent me a £10 voucher 2 years ago (the first time was when DS1 was 4 and he was 12 last week), I get post from them at least once a week.

I stopped the mini catalogue ages ago, but still get the adult and teenage one and in the last 3 weeks, I have had 5 special offer money off cards.

No wonder their clothes are so expensive, their postage costs must be horrendous.

Same here - I expect him to turn up on the doorstep with flowers at any moment

He sent me a birthday card today ... I'm still waiting for the flowers!

I complained once. It was one of these 'special offer just for you, log on at midday' things. Only it wasn't special, it was their normal website, with a normal discount and customer services conceded they had had loads of complaints.

I never get post from them, but loads of emails. And although I used to buy a lot of children's clothes from them, I haven't bought anything for years.

I didn't know that they did a teenage catalogue. What is the stuff like? Would any self respecting teen wear it?!

I loathe their OTT marketing and constant % off thing- I've almost completely stopped buying from them as a result (and I used to buy quite a lot - probably more than 50% of our families clothing).

I don't really want to use a 10% off code when tomorrow I might get an email offering 15% and later find a code on a forum for 25% ...

I had three emails from them last week and had another one today. I guess it works for them...doesn't work for me though. Pity as I do miss their clothes a bit.
