To think the new CSA system is crazy.

I can see the demands from my dh ex already! & if an agreement can't be made between them then he'll have to pay even more for csa or whatever they're going to be calling themselves, to be involved! Getting them to communicate properly will be a challenge in itself!
He has always been happy to pay for his children but sadly i see this as a way for some ex partners to extract their revenge or cause issues.
AIBU to think this.

Yanbu, I think it may cause some people to avoid using the csa when they really need to in certain cases. Its another excuse for a NRP who doesnt want to pay

ElizaDolittle2 · 21/05/2014 16:59

I agree OP

It is also another case for some RPs insisting going through the new system because they want to get one over on NRP by making sure they pay more (knowing full well that the extra money goes to the government)

even if you're the resident parent you pay too so how is that helping the child? my ex has not paid for years he works and doesn't pay im going to tell the CSA to get stuffed im not paying them to do nothing and get nothing
