To not know if it's BFP or not?! Boots test

Cba to name change for this. 3 dc (2 from previous relationships, 1 with DP) youngest is 4mo.

DP can't wait for the next one - the sooner the better! Last pregnancy and birth was v hard, and we're getting married next year, so ideally I'd like to wait a while for the next one

Now...AIBU to think I might be upduffed already? My period hasn't settled completely and I've had to come off the pill as the one I'm on is wreaking havoc on me. Have a doc appt for next week to change it but we've "risked it" a few times and things don't feel right so thought I'd check...

Boots test says vertical line in "pregnant or not" window and vertical line in test window is positive. No line in first window but vertical in test window is neg. I have tested twice and both times I get a horizontal line in the "pregnant or not" window and a vertical line in the test window. So I know the test is working but have no idea if BFP or not as instructions don't mention horizontal line?!

From memory that's the one that looks like this if you are

• in window nearest piss end and | in control window

And this if you are not

• in piss end | in control window

Thank you... I just checked (the last one I did) and the window is clear now so I'm pretty sure it's BFN. Weirdly - not sure how I feel about that!

However, will change my pill next week and wait until after the wedding to ttc again - thank you for the help though! x
