AIBU to think that if I use a babysitter from 4.30pm to 7.30pm I should pay 3 hours and not 4 (4pm to 8pm)?

I'd say 3 hours. Although I don't have much experience of babysitting, having only sat for a colleague twice. If it's through an agency maybe it's one of their rules? Sorry not much help!

3 hours.

3 hours. I work freelance and usually charge per hour in the event of overrun of per part of an hour (ie, 3 hours 15 mins is charged @ 4 hours).

That clearly isn't the case here though.

So I'm not alone in this, was just wondering. Think I might be looking into a new babysitter sooner rather than later. Pity though as DD only now settling in with this one :(
