AIBU - anyone do the Moonwalk last night?

We just wanted to get going and there were faffy around delays. Motivational speeches on rubbish sound systems. And it was freezing cold - not blaming anyone else for that mind you.
I'll just donate the money next year.

I did it a few years back and had similar issues. Forget the motivational
pink crap, just let us get going!
Having said that, I loved the walk and would like to do it again but can't be doing with all the self congratulatory stuff surrounding it.

Yes I did. It was a nightmare I was ready to quit at mile 9 and last year it was 30 miles and I breezed through it.

If you look at Facebook lots of people were complaining.

The delays were due to someone being arrested on Clapham Common.

Off to have a look. TY. It was a shambles really.
