...who have just used a still from the recent investigative programme on abuse of the elderly in care homes as the background for graphics on funding of nursing care for chronically ill patients in care homes!

Even worse, it was the scene where a care worker slapped an elderly lady!

I am utterly gobsmacked!

Too many exclamation marks, I am afraid - and I have emailed the BBC and BBC Scotland to complain.

I am guessing it was an accident, although you would think they'd double check everything before airing?

They really should have checked! It'll be interesting to see what they say (if they say anything, that is).
