Going away on my own with DP for the first time since my son was born and I just know my period is about to arrive! I'm so pissed off. Stupid Mother Nature!!!!!!

Can you get to a family planning or your doctors, they can give you tablets to delay your period.

Hope you and DP have a nice break together.

I think it's too late, it's sort of starting already. I'm annoyed at myself for not thinking ahead and doing that.

mefenamic acid (sp?) Ponstan, or similar - the GP can prescribe it (if they feel like it I guess) or Boots sell something otc that can help too. I can't remember the details, but if you look at the Boots online pharmacy its on there and you can just go in and buy it.

Buy a menstrual sponge (or natural sponge and rinse well), you can have sex while using it.
