Dp and i are ttc so as you can imagine it is constantly babies on my brain!

We started properly ttc on April 1st. Now the part few weeks, i started having stabbing pains that lasted for a few minutes, went away, then came back. This lasted around 3 days and only happened in the evenings!

Then, after that i got a slimy brown discharge. This lasted for around 3 days too.

Since then i have a creamy coloured discharge, accompanied by terrible stomach cramps (like period pains), and my teeth have been aching! None of these are constantly there, they just come and go, except the discharge. Oh, and i usually wee maybe twice a day, but since Monday its been every hour, even getting up in the night, which i never have done before. I have poas every other day for the past week but its always bfn! Maybe i want a baby so much i am looking for symptoms, but i am usually fit as a fiddle. Oh, and i have pcos, newly diagnosed. Not sure if that's relevant though.

Do you have periods?

Is the pain and discharge a new thing?

Based on that alone you could go to your GP or a sexual health clinic, if the ones in your area do pregnancy blood tests.

My DD has PCOS and was told that she couldn't conceive without IVF, she has just become pregnant whilst having a coil fitted, they think it gave her enough hormones for this to happen, then it moved.

She had negative tests and a negative blood test, but has had a scan after having "odd" symptoms and she is 6 weeks pregnant.

Congratulations to you and your daughter birds! That's lovely! I had constant bleeding for months on end before April but lost almost a stone which has stopped the bleeding completely, so no periods of which to speak of. I have heard of quite a few ladies with pcos having negative home pregnancy tests but positive blood tests at doctors. I might make an appointment. I am currently sat on bus feeling really nauseous. I don't usually feel sick on a bus! My body is doing mean things to me!

How long did it take the medics to do an ultrasound from your daughter first thinking she might be pregnant, birdy?

"she became pregnant having the coil fitted ... what on earth where they using to put it in "

Grin my grammer could of been better.

"How long did it take the medics to do an ultrasound from your daughter first thinking she might be pregnant, "

The GP sent her for bloods, they came back negative. They told her to wait a week, she was having pain, similar to yours and a feeling of "pressure".

We are local to a Women's hospital with an early assessment unit. Given her history and that she has to take painkillers/migraine relief, they were happy to give a scan a day after attending. She was then around 5 weeks, they were worried that her odd sympyoms meant an Eptopic pregnancy.

She has now been " booked in" by the MW.

She doesn't have periods, so a proper dating scan will be done in June.

So if go to the docs, explain how i have been feeling, should they give me a blood test?

I think I will make an appointment with doctor next week and tell him all of my symptoms and push for a blood test. It's shite feeling like this and thinking i'm pregnant then keep getting negatives. Too disappointing!
