Probably not. If all FOI requests except for data about the person requesting it cost £10, most of these requests would go away.

It's a close thing, but I'd class it as less bonkers than the ones about aliens.

Most nhs trusts will publish (anonymised) foi requests online. From what I can see most are from companies trying to undercut/ offer better deals on their contracts.

So you'll see foi's asking how many mobile phones they have contracts for, what models they have, how much and how long the contracts are for. Quite clever really.
