So tired... And just a short one while on the sofa MNing. 48 years of age. Is this normal 48 year old behaviour or am I being unreasonably lazy?

Go on, have 40 winks Easter Wink.

I'm 46 this year and when I'm not working [half term] I get that 3 -4 0' Clock crash, as long as it doesn't affect your sleep at night, go for it!

Thanks! I feel better actually. But I've realised it has become a little bit of a habit at weekends when I can, and days like today when I'm looking after my daughter (fear not she's12). Have recalled that it's the kind of thing my grandpa did (40 winks!!!), and eek, have realised it is a growing older thing!

I'm 29, I love a good nap. I'm currently on annual leave for a week and have been having a daily 30 minute nap, it's pure bliss!
