It is not illegal and there is nothing i can do unless I step on a plane and fly over to them. There are supposedly ppl popping in to see they are ok and they have emergency contact numbers. Doesn't make me worry any less.

I don't speak to this family member but was told by another family member that they had been told this was going to happen. They go out until 2am and leave them alone.

If you mean that it is not illegal in the UK, it comes under Neglect and Child abandonment (as well as other laws), so it is illegal.

It is very different to going out for the evening.

As you are not in the same country, you will have to just befriend the children via the internet and remind the parents for this to work, the children need a good support system.

Could you befriend one of the people supporting the children, as well?

Some societies are not as open about abuse, especially sexual, so you could try to share your knowledge to help the children.
